Will you ship internationally? How much will it cost?

Twin Cat Vintage is more than happy to ship to our overseas friends. We ship via registered international post and price will depend on your location. If you want us to quote you a postage price, please e-mail us prior to bidding, otherwise feel free to make your bids and we will determine the safest and most cost effective postage after the auction ends.

Have you closed your store? It says there are 0 items for sale!?!

No we haven't closed! There are some periods of time where we just aren't ready to upload a new collection to our store so there is the occasional lull. This is why it's important to sign up to the mailing list (found on our eBay page) and stay up to date with our blog, as we will ALWAYS let you know when a new range is about to hit the store!

I missed out on the garment I wanted to win, if the sale falls through, can I buy it from you?

Yes. Please let us know if you really wanted to win something but missed out, because an alarming number of winners do not pay! We can negotiate a second-chance offer with you!

Where do you source from?

We source our vintage gems from all around the place; from second hand stores to vintage flea markets, we pride ourselves on handpicking everything we stock.

Are alterations ever made to your pieces?

Yes, sometimes we feel that a piece will look and be more on-trend if alterations are made, though we never fully re-construct a garment and only like to modernise what the original is. All alterations are done by a professional dressmaker.

Where is 'insert accessory/prop' in the pictures from?

E-mail us and ask! We're happy to tell you where our props/shoes/clothing comes from, as usually it's from our own wardrobes!

Can I have a BUY IT NOW price?

Unfortunately unless there is a Buy It Now price listed on the auction to begin with, we will not finish an auction earlier than the finish time, no matter how much you're willing to pay. We believe this is the fairest way to conduct our business as to suddenly take a garment off the store would be unfair to other browsers who may be interested in it. Occasionally we list a Buy It Now price at the very beginning of the auction, so if you're just dying to have something, make sure you buy it straight away before someone else bids and the Buy It Now price disappears.

Can I pick up my item?

No, unfortunately pick-up is not available.
